Eyebrows: ENOUGH ALREADY!!

Heeeyyy Guys & Dolls!

I'm baaaccckkkk! I hope you guys have been doing well. This week I'm going to be talking about one of my biggest peeves in the WORLD. Yes WORLD! LOL! EYEBROWS! My friends know how I feel about eyebrows. They will send me pics of the worst looking eyebrows to torture me. Gotta love your friends, right?
Now when you were younger did you think eyebrows would be such a big deal? Me EITHER! But they ARE! So today, I'm going to go into the do's and don'ts of eyebrows. Are you ready? Okay! Let's dive in!

So let's look at why horrible eyebrows makes me cringe. These are extreme (of course) but bad eyebrows are bad eyebrows. If you look crazy, this is how I view you.

Your eyebrows should not look like my 5 year old did them. LOL! I know people have their preferences and I'm not disputing that, HOWEVER, I personally think that eyebrows should look natural and be made of hair. LOL! I also have a problem with the new trend of concealer visibly showing around the eyebrows.

Now I know you all are saying "What about your eyebrows?" LOL! My eyebrows aren't perfect. And I don't think eyebrows should be perfect, but that's my thing. But since you asked.

This is how MY eyebrows look on a regular basis (well when I haven't been slacking on the waxing). Not perfect but just eyebrows, right? Nothing fancy.

The same way there are clothes for body shapes, there are eyebrow shapes for certain face shapes. I did some searching on Google (my best friend) and found this infographic. Check it out.

The key to getting your eyebrows to look pretty normal is to know the three points that a NATURAL looking eyebrow should meet. There's the beginning of the brow, the high point, and the end of the brow. Your eyebrows should not come INTO the bridge of your nose. Check out the infographic below.

I know you guys are like "This chick does not know my life!" LOL! I promise you that I'm not judging you guys. This is just one of my peeves. Everyone has them. When it's all said and done, do what you like and what works for you.

So what do you guys think? Any additional questions? Let me know in the comments below! If you have a style post that you would like to see, email b.ayesha@chaussureboite.com! Thanks for tuning in!! See you next time!!!
