B. Ayesha: What is your name?
Taylor: Taylor

B. Ayesha: What is the name of your business?

Taylor: LetsConnectDMV Build | Brand | Expand

B. Ayesha: How long have you been in business (anniversary)?
Taylor: I’ve been in business for almost a year, January 2015 will make a year for us!!

B. Ayesha: How did you get started in this business?

Taylor: I started out with the basics, I did a lot of research before I made my business live and publicly known. I used social media, Instagram, Facebook, etc to promote my business and get my name out there, I then started to connect with other local business owners and began to build my brand as well as help to expand theirs, and had my very first event The Ultimate Beauty Bar.

B. Ayesha: What are the biggest issues for running this type of business?

Taylor: One of the hardest things is working with so many different business owners, and different personalities it’s very hard to try and please everyone, my clients/ businesss owners are the main focus, and I work off of their expectations and needs and wants and try to meet all of that. However; I have learned to face the fact that I cannot please everyone so I eliminate this issue as much as possible because in the end everyone ends up happy and all of the hard work pays off!

B. Ayesha: Running your own business can become overwhelming at times. What motivates you to keep going?
Taylor: My motivation is the people that I work with, I work with entrepreneurs on a daily basis, I love the fact that I am here to help them build their brand and expand their business, we all can learn from each other, and each time I have a networking event, or sponsor an event, or even attend one I learn so much and I am able to grow personally and professionally.

B. Ayesha: What advice would you give other aspiring entrepreneurs?

Taylor: Never give up! And always stay true to yourself and others
