Hey Guys and Dolls!! It's MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY! We all need a little motivation to start the week off, right? I know I do! Each Monday, I will post a motivational photo. I hope it pushes you on to continue to be great and to shine your light onto someone else!

Today marks the two year anniversary of the founding of my company B. Ayesha Inc. I have literally put blood, sweat and lots of tears into it. I'm far from where I want to be and I have failed during this journey! But those failures have taught me a lot and have been the catalysts in the success! So don't think that because you failed at something that you can't dust yourself off and do something even greater. Failures are lessons. Take that lesson, learn from it and BE GREAT!!
