Carolyn: Thank you for the chance to be in your spotlight, my name is Carolyn Wells.
B. Ayesha: What is the name of your business?
Carolyn: My business name is Rest Wells Relaxation.
B. Ayesha: How long have you been in business (anniversary)?
Carolyn: I have been in business since 9/12/12.
B. Ayesha: How did you get started in this business?
Carolyn: I started in my home and doing out calls 1/2/15 marked a year in our location I was hairstylist for over twenty yrs always wanting to work for myself went back to school for massage to have a salon spa fell in love with massage and the hair part of the business is no more. This may change in the future but now it's strictly massage.
B. Ayesha: What are the biggest issues for running this type of business?
Carolyn: Biggest issue running the business right now are funds and time, I also work at a chiro office for steady income.
B. Ayesha: Running your own business can become overwhelming at times. What motivates you to keep going?
Carolyn: I keep motivated because I have to until Rest Wells is able to sustain. I must grind grind grind.
B. Ayesha: What is the future for this type of business?
Carolyn: The future will bring great things a bigger building with storefront at least 6 great therapists with full schedules and satisfied happy healthy clients something that will help my children and theirs. I see more locations a possible franchise.
B. Ayesha: What advice would you give other aspiring entrepreneurs?
Carolyn: The advice I would give is find something you love and make that your business and it doesn't seem like work, having a job you hate is hard on the spirit. Never give up keep striving and pat yourself on the back when you accomplish a goal even if it's a small one.
