Nate: Nate Knight
B. Ayesha: What is the name of your business?
Nate: DesignBots Media Firm, LLC
B. Ayesha: How long have you been in business (anniversary)?
Nate: We are now at our 5 year Anniversary as of December 10th
B. Ayesha: Running your own business can become overwhelming at times. What motivates you to keep going?
Nate: What motivates me is a number of things. Most important a better future for my children and their children. Also a big motivator is to finish what i start. As a child i quit things often and not for any other reason then i got good at it and got bored. So now that i put down my childish way i truly want to client something. Another motivating factor is seeing other people go into business for themselves. It's a pleasure to see someone leave their slow growth job and create a future for themselves.
B. Ayesha: What is the future for this type of business?
Nate: The future for this type of business is positive. We are in a field that grows with the technology
and it is moving at a fast pace. We have new applications like the cloud and devices that can
help clients be more apart of the design and development process. We do have a large presence of do it yourself and templates that does make it harder for our industry. But i am one who believes
you are what you do and you should have someone the does that do it. Whatever the industry is. Overall I am very optimistic to the future for DesignBots and plan to give it my all everyday to make it grow to a company used by clients around the world.
B. Ayesha: What advice would you give other aspiring entrepreneurs?
Nate: If i had any advice, it would be to accomplish something towards your goals or for your clients goals everyday. Never be settled and run after your dreams. And never let other held you back, but more importantly which is easier to do - never hold yourself back which is something i work on everyday.
