12 Tips to Increase Your Happiness

Happy Monday BAye Hive Tribe!!

So you’ve been trying to find happiness for a while now.
You see others do it. And it seems like everyone makes it look so easy.

But for some reason, happiness keeps eluding you. Every time you get close to [getting a specific result], something happens and you end up back where you started.

Not this time.

Because this time you’re going to be armed with the same tips that "everyone else" knows. So give these tips a try and see if work for you too.

Being happy isn't as hard as it appears to be at times.  Below we will cover a dozen things that will increase your sense of happiness and make your life more fulfilling.

Tip #1: *Social networks or certain relationships aren't essential to happiness. People are different, accept people for who or what they are, keep away from clashes, constant arguments, and let go of all kinds of resentments. 

Tip #2: *Being thankful is a great attitude.  We have so much to be thankful for. Taking time to thank those who provide even the smallest things will help you realize how abundant your life is.

Tip #3: *News is stressful. Read and watch less of it. 

Tip #4: *Being part of a spiritual group with its singing, sacraments, chanting, prayers and meditations encourages inner peace. 

Tip #5: *Manage your time. Time is invaluable and too important to waste. 

Tip #6: *Laugh and laugh vigorously everyday.  Heard a good joke? Tell your friends or family about it. As they also say -'Laughter is the best medicine'.
Tip #7: *Communicate your feelings, affections, friendship and passion to people around you.

Tip #8: * Try not to keep pent up anger or frustrations, this is bad for your health. Instead find ways of expressing them in a way that will not cause more injury or hurt to anyone.
Tip #9: *Working hard brings great personal contentment. It gives a sense of being capable in finishing our tasks. Work on things that you feel are valuable of your time.
Tip #10: *Learning is a joyful exercise. Try and learn something new each day.  Learning also makes us increase our horizons. 

Tip #11*Run, jog, walk and do other things that your body was made for. Feel alive.
Tip #12: *Avoid exposure to negative elements like loud noises, toxins and hazardous places.

Bonus Tip: Seek Therapy for things of which you need to heal. It's okay to seek professional help. We should all be seeking a source outside of our world to seek therapy and advice.
