Being Generic

There are people who are generic. They make generic responses and they expect generic answers. They live inside a box and they think people who don’t fit into their box are weird. But I’ll tell you what, generic people are the weird people. They are like genetically-manipulated plants growing inside a laboratory, like indistinguishable faces, like droids. Like ignorance.

― C. JoyBell C.
This quote by C. JoyBell C. screams to my soul. I have so much passion about EVERYTHING. I hate being generic. I hate generic relationships that lack substance. I feel like life is too short to have to be that way. Everything speaks to my soul and I want to go to the core of most people that I encounter. Especially people that I have in my life on a daily basis. I want to be able to argue, laugh, discuss, cry (etc.) I hate boxes even though sometimes I know that I put myself into them. Conformity sucks. I love open minds! Open discussions! Discussions that touch on everything from what you love to what you hate and everything in between. Without these types of relationships and interactions my soul dies. Am I crazy? Idk... Maybe...
