B. Ayesha's Phenomenal Allies Feature: 3 Kings Enterprises, LLC

Hey Guys & Dolls!! I'm so excited to present this week's feature on B. Ayesha's Phenomenal Allies! I'm a big supporter of small business owners. What better way to show my support but by featuring them and helping to get their name out, right? Here's another week of awesomeness!

I'm pleased to introduce to you Natalie Harris, CEO and Co-Founder of 3 Kings Enterprises, LLC!

B. Ayesha: What is your name?
Natalie: Natalie Harris

B. Ayesha: What is the name of your business?
Natalie3 Kings Enterprises, LLC

B. Ayesha: How long have you been in business (anniversary)?
Natalie: Since May of 2014

B. Ayesha: How did you get started in this business?
Natalie:  My husband Demorcus and I started this business after accumulating years of experience in the Business Management, Marketing and Administrative field.  We relocated to Atlanta, GA from Florida on our children's dream of becoming actors. The experience we learned along the way, both good and bad, taught us that we could venture out and pursue our passion of business and entertainment, and we immediately began planning in 2012. Along with Business Consulting, we decided to incorporate Entertainment Consulting also in order to educate and assist  aspiring artists with their dream.  We composed a guidebook for parents wanting to get their children into Entertainment, but don't know where to begin. We have taken our experience and packaged it in order to provide a "one stop shop" for Media and Marketing Management for both the business and entertainment division.

B. Ayesha: What are the biggest issues for running this type of business?
Natalie: Our biggest issue that we run into is balancing our business, our children's career personal time. It is definitely a different experience being a new business owner but we are finding our way and enjoying the journey.

B. Ayesha: What is the future for this type of business?
Natalie: We would eventually like  our Business Division to be able to service not only Small Businesses and Start-ups but to also be known as the "Go To" for Business needs on the Corporate level as well.  We would love for our Entertainment Service Division to evolve into a full production service with the capability to write, produce, and film our our work.  The most important thing is that we want to be in a position to where we can create jobs and opportunities for others.

B. Ayesha: Running your own business can become overwhelming at times. What motivates you to keep going?
Natalie: The smile on our clients faces when their dream comes to fruition or when they accomplish their goals by working with us.

B. Ayesha: What advice would you give other aspiring entrepreneurs?
Natalie: Do your research on your target market before you start your business.  Make sure that your service or product is unique and sets you apart from competitors. Don't go in to compete, just be your authentic self and you will shine, because no one can be you!  Find a need and do your best to meet and exceed that need. You may have to adjust somethings in your business along the way, but never give up on your dream!
