Hey Guys and Dolls!! 

 It's MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY! We all need a little motivation to start the week off, right? I know I do! Each Monday, I will post a motivational photo. I hope it pushes you on to continue to be great and to shine your light onto someone else!

Set your eyes on a goal and stick to it. Just be prepared to fail at some of the methods it takes to get there. You have to be open to new ways of doing things in order to get where you want to be and beyond. Just think of every failure as a learning experience instead of a defeat and you will be well on your way to greatness.
