B. Ayesha's Phenomenal Allies Feature: AboveGreatnessEvents

Hey Guys & Dolls!!

I'm so excited to present this week's feature on B. Ayesha's Phenomenal Allies! I'm a big supporter of small business owners. What better way to show my support than by featuring them and helping to get their name out, right? Here's another week of awesomeness!

I'm pleased to introduce to you Ketline Leonard, Founder of AboveGreatnessEvents!

B. Ayesha: What is your name?
Ketline: Ketline Leonard

B. Ayesha: What is the name of your business?
Ketline: AboveGreatnessEvents

B. Ayesha: How long have you been in business (anniversary)?

Ketline: Been doing this for over 10 years, but I became serious about making it a business about 4 years ago.

B. Ayesha: How did you get started in this business?

Ketline: At first it was for fun. I like setting up parties, especially kids events. My friends always told me that I should make it into a business. I kept on putting it off. I really got serious about it when I went back to school for my Bachelor's degree. My professor saw my passion and pushed me into taking the steps to get the ball rolling.

B. Ayesha: What are the biggest issues for running this type of business?
Ketline: Getting people to notice you. You know that you are good, but you have to prove yourself.

B. Ayesha: Running your own business can become overwhelming at times. What motivates you to keep going?
Ketline: The passion for what I do and my kids. My daughters and son love helping me and the joy  I see on their face tells me to keep on pushing. My customers who rely on my services also play a role. I don't want to start and not finish.

B. Ayesha: What is the future for this type of business?

Ketline: I feel that there will always be a need for an event planner wherever you go. You simply have to believe and have faith in your brand and abilities.

B. Ayesha: What advice would you give other aspiring entrepreneurs?
Ketline: Believe in your dreams and know that all is possible. Begin with the end result that you want in mind. There are going to be obstacles along the way, use them to make you better. Never stop trying and stay positive at all times.

B. Ayesha: Is there anything else that you would like for my readers to know about you and/or your business?
Ketline: We also offer catering. I love all things pink and I love kids.
